    Dobrý den, tuhle situaci teď řešíme. Snažíme se zjistit kde nastal problém, jestli už od nás zásilka šla nekompletní, nebo je problém jinde. Ale je opravdu těžké teď něco dohledat, když jste zásilku převzal 13.11.2017 bez jakýchkoliv výhrad a napsal nám, že něco chybí až 28.11.2017. Po 15 dnech od doručení se část zboží opravdu mohla stratit kdekoliv... nicméně zjistíme co se dá a dáme Vám vědět.

    Dobrý den, za nepříjemnosti počas doručování se omlouváme. Už makáme na možnosti volby jiného dopravce. Doufáme, že se nám to povede co nejdříve. A velice děkujeme za kladné hodnocení i přes ty komplikace s dopravcem.
